"Le Chiusure" Erbaluce di Caluso Benito Favaro is a fresh and harmonious white wine, with a straw yellow color. The nose reveals notes of white peach, almond, hazelnut and light citrus notes. The palate has good freshness and delicate structure that make it a very pleasant and versatile wine.
It reflects in the sip all the strength and the wine making tradition of the Santo Stefano Roero area. The grapes are harvested by hand in vineyards with calcareous and clayey soil, then transported to the cellar, de-stemmed and softly pressed, then fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The fruity and citrus characteristics of this variety are thus preserved, offering a vibrant and juicy sip, characterized by almond notes on the finish.

The grapes are grown within the Trevenezie IGT denomination, which encompasses the large wine-growing area between Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Trentino-Alto Adige.
